About me
Katrina joined ESU 8 after teaching Secondary ELA, Contemporary Issues, Holocaust Studies, and Photojournalism over the course of 18 years and is a member of several state and national leadership groups focusing on Curriculum, ELA, Holocaust Studies, and Social Studies Education. She is now a Professional Development Coordinator for Social Studies, CTE, and Secondary ELA for the ESU and LOVES working with teachers to plan, design, and implement engaging and effective curriculum and instruction. She and her family ranch in Holt County, and in her free time, she loves to hike and explore new places with camera in hand, meet new people, and listen to their stories.
